BRIDGING EXECUTIVES & TECH TEAMS: ALIGNING VISION, WORKFLOW & WORSHIP CULTURE
Great worship experiences don’t happen in silos. They require strategic alignment, clear communication, and a shared heart for ministry. This panel brings together leadership voices from across the church. Executive pastors, tech directors, and worship pastor will explore how to bridge the gap between big-picture vision and day-to-day execution.
Together, they’ll unpack what it really takes to balance ministry goals with technical demands, communicate effectively across departments, align on budgets, staffing, and scheduling, and build trust between worship, production, and leadership. It’s a real-world look at cultivating a unified team culture. One that’s rooted in mutual respect, shared purpose, and a mindset for collaboration. Whether you're on stage, behind the board, or leading the charge, this conversation is about working better together.
