This conversation explores how to build healthy, creative relationships between worship and production leaders. From last-minute changes to long-term planning, our panelists will discuss how they stay in sync, navigate conflict, and co-lead with mutual respect. You can expect honest takes, helpful strategies, and a few behind-the-scenes stories from both sides of the stage.

About the Panelists:
TIFFANI CASEY
Worship Leader
Tiffani is a Worship Leader at First Baptist Orlando, where she serves as the Contemporary Services Director. She’s also a performer with Voices of Liberty at EPCOT, bringing joy through music both in and outside of the church. Tiffani and her husband, Michael, are parents to two daughters, Eliana and Emelyn.
ALEX DOMBACH
Live Audio Engineer
Alex has been part of the First Baptist Orlando production team for nearly a decade. As a Live Audio Engineer, he helps bring clarity, quality, and consistency to worship environments. With deep hands-on experience in FOH mixing, stage patching, wireless systems, and IEM workflows, Alex brings a practical perspective from inside one of the country’s most respected church production teams. Alex is married to Uina, and together they have two children.
