MEET IPS.
Integrated Production Solutions (IPS) exists to create experiences that connect. Through audio, video, and lighting, we transform ideas into environments that move people. Whether it’s a tour, a house of worship, a corporate event, or a permanent installation.
As the permanent installation wing of IPS, our Integration division creates equipment and system designs that foster authentic, immersive environments in churches and corporations. Our foundation is rooted in a shared understanding of the mission and goals of our clients. We take the time to consult, strategize, and design environments that make moments extraordinary.
From worship and corporate environments to touring and live events, we create solutions that connect people through technology and experience.

CASE STUDIES
ADVENTURE CHURCH CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF STATE-OF-THE-ART WORSHIP FACILITY
ADVENTURE CHURCH
Adventure Church worked with IPS on a new build of their main worship center and lobby featuring updated audio, video, and lighting systems.
The planning timeline spanned three years, during which careful considerations were made to future-proof the infrastructure. The project prioritized the use of durable equipment with additional capacity for future expansion in the lighting and video systems.
Striking a balance between high-quality equipment and cost-effectiveness was achieved by aligning design choices with the church's specific requirements. The primary goals centered on audience participation and engagement, emphasizing high-quality audio reinforcement throughout the space, ensuring even coverage with ample Sound Pressure Level headroom.
The project's success can be attributed to effective collaboration between the design team and the construction firm, with project management playing a crucial role. Despite facing challenges during the design and initial construction phases, Adventure Church successfully navigated the obstacles and achieved its objectives with IPS.
BILTMORE CHURCH
Biltmore Church partnered with IPS on its Waynesville campus to design and integrate a new AVL system that would align with the church’s broader multi-campus standard while supporting the unique needs of the new facility. As a growing multi-campus church with established production workflows, Biltmore needed a system that would feel consistent across locations. Both from a technical and user experience standpoint. IPS worked closely with the church’s leadership and production team to understand existing standards and identify where consistency was critical, while also balancing budget and room-specific requirements across multiple spaces.
The project included the main worship center, grade school worship room, youth room, and lobby environments, each designed to support different ministry needs while maintaining a cohesive system architecture. At the core of the worship center is a d&b audiotechnik sound system paired with a Yamaha DM7 console, aligning with Biltmore’s audio standardization across campuses. From a lighting standpoint, the system includes Elation fixtures and CHAUVET Professional fixtures, controlled via a Hog 4 lighting console, maintaining consistency with existing campus workflows. House lighting was implemented using Light Source fixtures, providing clean, functional illumination that complements the architectural design of the space. For video, the campus utilizes Panasonic PT-RZ10 projectors and screens, supported by a Ross Video backbone designed to integrate seamlessly with Biltmore’s broadcast infrastructure across campuses.
IPS also provided acoustic treatment throughout the worship center, along with stage curtains, ensuring the room delivers both strong audio performance and a controlled, balanced environment that enhances clarity for both in-room and broadcast experiences. In smaller spaces, IPS deployed Q-SYS control systems to simplify operation and create a more intuitive experience for volunteers and staff, allowing each room to function independently while still tying into the broader system design.
CREATING CAMPUS CONSISTENCY THROUGH SCALABLE AVL DESIGN
DESIGNING A NATURAL, HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORSHIP ENVIRONMENT
C3 CHURCH
C3 Church partnered with IPS on a new-construction worship facility designed to support audio, video, lighting, and acoustics while preserving the architectural beauty of the space. From the earliest stages, IPS worked alongside the church and Modus Studio to help shape not only the AVL systems, but also the functionality of the room itself. The project began after C3 purchased land for its new campus and was looking for a partner who could bridge the gap between ministry vision, technology, and building design. Because the architect had not previously designed a church, IPS became a key collaborator in defining how the space would function week to week for worship, teaching, streaming, and gathering.
Through ongoing collaboration with church leadership and the architect, IPS developed a system that balances performance with aesthetics. A key priority was preserving natural light, sightlines, and architectural focal points while delivering strong audio coverage, impactful visuals, and a flexible worship environment.
TRANSFORMING AN OUTDATED BROADCAST ROOM INTO A MODERN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT
CROSS POINTE CHURCH
Cross Pointe Church partnered with IPS to completely renovate and modernize its video production and broadcast control environment, transforming an outdated and inefficient space into a flexible, future-ready system designed to support weekly services and ongoing content production.
The existing control room had reached the end of its lifecycle, with aging infrastructure, limited flexibility, and a layout that no longer supported the church’s growing production needs. IPS worked closely with the church to reimagine the entire space, from floor plan to signal flow, creating a more efficient and scalable environment.
The project involved a full gut renovation of the broadcast suite, including a redesigned control room, adjacent mix space, and supporting production areas. IPS collaborated with the church to optimize the layout for workflow efficiency, operator visibility, and long-term usability.
At the core of the system is a Ross Video infrastructure, including a Ross Ultrix FR5 routing platform, paired with a series of Black Box KVM and signal distribution solutions. The system was built on 12G-capable infrastructure, allowing for future scalability to 4K workflows while currently operating in 1080p.
