CASE STUDIES

ADVENTURE CHURCH CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF STATE-OF-THE-ART WORSHIP FACILITY

ADVENTURE CHURCH

Brandon Lake’s King of Hearts Tour reimagined the live experience through a production design centered on connection, storytelling, and immersion. Built around dual circular stages and a sweeping arena layout, the design brought audiences closer to the artist while expanding the visual environment to a 270-degree experience.

IPS provided LED video solutions that became central to the show’s emotional impact, including a curved 50-foot LED wall and a transparent ROE Vanish system that concealed a dynamic lighting array. The result was a layered visual experience where lighting, content, and staging worked together seamlessly culminating in powerful moments that transformed the arena into a unified, shared environment.

BILTMORE CHURCH

Summer Worship Nights 2025 brought arena and stadium audiences together through one of the most immersive visual environments in contemporary Christian touring. Designed for flexibility across venues, the production featured a 360-degree LED “Halo” configuration that ensured every seat had a clear visual connection to the stage.

IPS deployed over 470 ROE CB5 panels across 13 LED surfaces, delivering a scalable system capable of adapting between arenas and stadiums without sacrificing quality. Working alongside Tony Fransen Productions, IPS helped execute a cohesive visual system that integrated IMAG, lighting, and content into a seamless experience. This supported both the creative vision and the demands of a high-volume national tour.

CREATING CAMPUS CONSISTENCY THROUGH SCALABLE AVL DESIGN

ELEVATING A CONFERENCE INTO A FULL-SCALE ARENA PRODUCTION.

TBCO CONFERENCE

For its 10th annual conference, The Belonging Co transformed Nashville Municipal Auditorium into a fully immersive production environment driven by automation, custom fabrication, and integrated AVL systems. Inspired by the theme Life in Color, the design featured reflective surfaces, dynamic LED elements, and a striking system of automated LED pods suspended within a cube-like scenic structure.

IPS delivered a complete production package, including audio, video, lighting, and rigging, while engineering and fabricating the custom LED pod system. By translating creative concepts into precise, tour-ready solutions, IPS enabled a production that balanced artistic ambition with technical execution, creating a seamless environment for both live audiences and broadcast capture.

DELIVERING FLEXIBLE LIGHTING FOR HIGH-ENERGY PERFORMANCE.

RUSSELL DICKERSON

For Russell Dickerson’s 2025 tour, IPS partnered with the design team to deliver a lighting system built for energy, adaptability, and visual impact. The rig was engineered to travel efficiently while supporting bold creative looks that matched the artist’s dynamic performance style.

Featuring CHAUVET Professional fixtures with pixel mapping capabilities, the system allowed for expressive color, movement, and layered visual effects. IPS ensured the design translated consistently across venues, providing a tour-ready solution that balanced creative flexibility with technical reliability.

OPTIMIZING AUDIO FOR SPEED, SCALE, AND CONSISTENCY.

CMA FEST

At CMA Fest’s Hard Rock Stage, IPS supported more than 60 performances across four days with an audio system designed for efficiency and reliability. With rapid artist changeovers and minimal setup time, the focus was on streamlined workflows and adaptable system design.

Utilizing DiGiCo Quantum consoles, d&b audiotechnik PA systems, and Shure Axient wireless, IPS delivered a flexible and rider-friendly audio environment capable of handling a wide range of artists and styles. The result was consistent, high-quality sound across every performance, even under the pressure of a fast-paced festival schedule.

CREATING AN INTIMATE CONCERT EXPERIENCE AT SCALE.

LADY A

Lady A’s Request Line Tour shifted away from traditional arena spectacle, embracing a more intimate, living-room-inspired design that brought fans closer to the music. The production focused on warmth, atmosphere, and connection, transforming large venues into inviting, personal environments.

IPS supported the lighting design with a system that blended seamlessly into the scenic elements, using fixtures as both functional and visual components. The result was a flexible production that maintained its intimate feel across venues while enhancing audience engagement through thoughtful lighting and design integration.

Phil Wickham’s Song of the Saints Tour featured a modular production design centered on LED-driven visuals and clean architectural forms. Built to scale across a variety of venues, the system maintained a consistent visual identity through monolithic LED structures and dynamic ticker elements.

IPS provided lighting, LED, and rigging, developing custom fabrication solutions to achieve tight seams and clean edges across complex LED configurations. The result was a highly adaptable system that preserved design integrity while delivering a polished, cohesive visual experience night after night.

PHIL WICKHAM

ENGINEERING A FULLY INTEGRATED PIXEL-DRIVEN STAGE ENVIRONMENT.

TOBYMAC

The 2026 Hits Deep Tour pushed the boundaries of touring production with a custom 41-foot LED monolith structure and a fully integrated pixel-mapped system. Designed to feel architectural rather than traditional, the stage environment blended lighting and video into a single visual language.

IPS engineered a modular touring solution that preserved the scale and complexity of the design while ensuring efficient load-ins and reliable performance. By integrating LED, lighting, cameras, and rigging into one cohesive system, IPS enabled a production that delivered both creative intensity and technical precision across the entire tour.
