INTEGRATION INSTALL TECH

JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary job responsibility of the Integration Install Tech is to execute all AVL installation projects assigned to them by the Integrations Project Manager, assisting with the project from start to finish. This includes the shop build phase and on-site installation until project completion.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Work on assigned AVL Construction installation projects assisting the project from start to finish

  • Efficiently work to achieve successful project completion following any Gantt charts and project timelines provided by Project Manager

  • Coordinate with clients and other trades providing as seamless installation as possible

  • Track and update progress of assigned projects. Attend project management meetings and issue detailed status reports on projects to Project Manager as needed

  • Demonstrate excellent team management and leadership: Schedule and motivate installation teams; ensure team members are completing work as assigned

  • Perform site visits as necessary to confirm AV project progress and completion.

  • Responsible for client satisfaction on projects and communicating progress with customers and staff

  • Maintain a safe and secure jobsite and ensure all permitting and compliance regulations are met

  • Identify any changes or issues that may arise during the construction phase and report those to the Project Manager

  • Coordinate completion of punch list tasks

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

TRAVEL

  • Travel to customer sites, venues, job locations, and industry events per Integration Project Manager.

  • Must be available for up to 50 percent travel and work flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be comfortable managing relationships with Executive level contacts

  • Excellent ability to successfully interface with clients and handle multiple priorities concurrently

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently

  • High capacity to learn and adapt

  • Dedication and commitment to get the job done.

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Weekend and/or night work will be required

  • Domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
